This site, safewalletlaunch.com, is run by Grazi Soares (“I”, “me”). This page explains what personal information the site collects, why, and what choices you have. Questions: digitalpath.gss@gmail.com.
Information I collect
Information you give me. If you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect the email address you enter. That is the only information the site asks you for.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, my hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the time of the visit — for security and troubleshooting. If I use a website analytics tool, it may set a cookie to measure which pages are read; see “Cookies” below.
How I use your information
- To send you the launch newsletter you asked for.
- To understand which content is useful so I can improve the site.
- To keep the site running and secure.
I do not use your email for automated decision-making or profiling, and I do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Legal basis
I process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the newsletter form. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your choices”). Technical logs are processed on the basis of my legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Who I share it with
I share personal information only with the service providers that make the site work:
- Email delivery: [your email tool, e.g. MailerLite / Brevo / Kit], which stores your address and sends the newsletter on my behalf.
- Hosting: Hostinger, which hosts the site and keeps server logs.
- Analytics (if used): [your analytics tool, e.g. Google Analytics / Plausible / Fathom]. Remove this line if you don’t use one.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. I may also disclose information if required by law.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you click one and make a purchase, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you click an outbound link you leave this site and land on a third party’s website, which has its own privacy policy and its own handling of your data. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Cookies
The site itself does not need cookies to function. If an analytics tool is enabled, it may set a cookie to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long I keep it
I keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider and then rotated out.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you.
- Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children
This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact me and I will remove the address.
International visitors
The site and its service providers may store and process data in countries other than yours. By using the site you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
